We’ve made freight simple and transparent with a flat-rate for all models dependent on which state you are located in. All prices include GST.

State-Based Shipping Rates For Tow and Collect Models:

VIC: Free Shipping
NSW: $165
QLD: $299
SA & TAS: $399
WA & NT: $499

These rates cover delivery to most locations within each state. Remote or hard-to-access areas may incur additional charges – we’ll contact you before dispatch if this applies.

Important Delivery Information – Tail Lift Delivery
Our Tow and Collect machines are delivered in a large crate. To unload the crate, you will need access to a forklift or tractor to remove the unit from the truck. If you do not have this equipment available at your delivery location, a tail lift truck can be arranged for an additional fee of $165. This ensures safe and easy unloading at your site.
At the time of payment, there is the option to add a ‘Tail Lift Delivery’.

We endeavour to carry stock and dispatch orders within 2 working days.
If by some chance we are out of stock of the ordered product, we will contact you within 1 working day and advise of expected delivery.

Spare Parts Shipping

Spare parts are shipped nationwide with prices based on their package size – please add the product to the cart to see accurate shipping costs:

Small items: $29
Medium items: $49
Large items: $79

Our Refund Policy

If you purchase a Tow and Mow / Tow and Collect from this website, and then are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the Equipment to us within 30 days after delivery and we shall promptly refund the purchase price.

To return the Equipment, you must contact us within 30 days after delivery, we shall give you delivery instructions.

You must return the Equipment to us in its original condition. The Equipment must be unsoiled, undamaged and in a resalable condition (or we shall deduct costs for cleaning and repairing the Equipment from your refund).

You shall deliver the Equipment to us at your risk and cost. We accept no responsibility for loss or damage to the Equipment.

You shall adequately pack the Equipment and ship the Equipment, freight prepaid, to our warehouse.
